When I got licensed to sell real estate in New York. I was told about this thing called reciprocity, which basically meant that there were certain states that I could get my real estate sales license without having to take the courses and state exam all over again. I always kept that in the back of my mind just in case I ever decided to leave New York.
Fast forward a year later and I’ve that it’s definitely time to leave the city life. The older I get, the less desirable the hustle bustle of city life tends to become. On top of the fact that certain changes in my personal life (will discuss in a different blog post) has motivated me and lit fire to my ass to get the hell out of here. Being that I want to head south, I had to get certain things done and make myself more marketable.
I now not only hold a NYS real estate sales license, but I now have a Georgia real estate sales license and am currently in the process of getting my Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) license. I’m ready to make a move and once I set my mind on something, I don’t ease up until I do it.
